1. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in sek and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changes in currency exchange rates, taxes, fees, or similar circumstances. Such price adjustments will take effect immediately when deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing due to, for example, typographical errors.
With Tellus, you pay securely and conveniently using Klarna. Klarna offers several payment options, including card, invoice, and installment payments. 2. Delivery Terms
Orders received before 14:00 on weekdays are normally dispatched the same day, or no later than the next working day after receipt of the order/payment. Exceptions may occur.
Unless otherwise agreed, parcels over 2 kg, or items that cannot be sent by regular letter mail (Posten Brev), are shipped with DHL. Orders containing products longer than 120 cm are shipped via Bussgods. Small/light shipments under 2 kg are sent via Posten Brev.
Orders over SEK500 are shipped free of charge within Sweden.
For orders under SEK500, a shipping fee of SEK79 applies.
International deliveries are subject to a shipping fee starting from SEK79, depending on the weight of the shipment.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the items to tellusflyfishing.com
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, tellusflyfishing.com will refund your payment as soon as we have received the returned item. The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible free of charge until the item has been handed over to the shipping provider.
After that, cancellation must be made by exercising the right of withdrawal.
4. Warranty
Every product you buy is fully covered under warranty, as required by current consumer law.
5. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and current data protection laws.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be settled in Umeå district court.
